Richard is an experienced estate planning attorney much loved by his clients. He co-founded Feigenbaum & Uddo, LLC in 1992.  Richard has recently transitioned his estate planning law practice to Margolis Bloom & D’Agostino. He has co-authored several books, including “The 529 College Savings Plan,” and “Probating an Estate in Massachusetts,” both published by Sourcebooks, and has taught probate law for the Northeastern University Financial Planning Institute and the Professional Paralegal Program. 

He graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton with a B.A. in 1980; and then continued with his M.B.A from State University of New York at Binghamton in 1981. He then attended Boston University receiving his J.D., 1984 and received a graduate law degree in Taxation from Boston University in 1989.
