How long have you been at MBD and what were you doing before?
I have been with MBD close to two months now. Before joining MBD, I was working in the Office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth in the Securities Division.
Who was the most influential person in your life?
This is an easy one: my parents! Being immigrants from Brazil, they showed me how important hard work is, and they always pushed me to prioritize my education to help achieve my dreams. They also are the kindest people I know, always giving more than they have to others in times of need. They always lend a helping hand with a smile, and I learned so much from their spirit of generosity and compassion.
On any given Saturday, where can we find you and what would you be doing?
If it’s a Saturday, I’ll definitely be doing something social! Planning an outing with friends, carpooling to the beach or a group hike, going to a nice dinner in the city, meeting up for a movie, cooking a big lunch with my big family, or finding a new spot to go out dancing (my favorite)!
Favorite food to eat or make or both?
My favorite food to make AND eat is soup!
Best place you have traveled, and/or dream destination?
Best place I’ve traveled to is Florianopolis, Brazil, known as the “Island of Magic”!
Any fun facts about you?
I was born in Concordia, Santa Catarina, Brazil!
