Eugenia Andrade
Eugenia is the Office Manager at Margolis Bloom & D’Agostino. She has been with Margolis Bloom & D’Agostino since the summer of 1999. Eugenia is highly integrated in all aspects of the management of the firm and also works with clients in trust administration.
Eugenia received her bachelor’s degree in legal studies and certificate in criminal justice from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She is also fluent in Greek.
Outside the office, Eugenia stays very busy keeping up with her two young children and is passionate about music and travel. You can also find her rooting for Providence College Men’s Soccer, or pursuing her passion for interior decorating with her company 2casa.

Anastasia Donovan
Anastasia is a legal assistant at the firm. She handles case management, client intakes, and client communications. Prior to Margolis Bloom & D’Agostino she was a Visual Effects Producer at Zero VFX. She received her Bachelor’s Degree at University of Massachusetts, Boston. When not working, Anastasia is spending time with her one-year-old son and family; she also loves to paint.

Maria Henry
Maria is a paralegal and has been working with Margolis Bloom & D’Agostino since 2018, after their merger with Russell, McTernan, McTernan, and Fruci, a Norwood Law Firm where she worked for 30 years. She currently works as a liaison with the Norwood clients. She has extensive experience in probate and real estate matters and was also an office manager for many years.
When Maria is not working, she enjoys spending her time with her grandchildren and family.

Julie B. Horte
Julie B. Horte is a paralegal at Margolis Bloom & D’Agostino specializing in the preparation of MassHealth applications. Prior to Margolis Bloom & D’Agostino, Julie was a Trust Funding Specialist at Protecting Your Wealth Law. Julie has extensive experience in the financial sector, having worked as a fund administration director at State Street Bank and Bank of New York Mellon. She is also a public Notary. Julie received her BBA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst – Isenberg School of Management.
When Julie isn’t working, she enjoys entertaining family and friends, participating in a multi-generational book club, volunteering at the Scituate food pantry, and she is on the leadership board at Second Parish in Hingham.

Beth Cohen King
Beth Cohen King is the Marketing Director at Margolis Bloom & D’Agostino. She drives all marketing activities including lead generation, retention programs, and communications. Prior to Margolis Bloom & D’Agostino, Beth held various sales and marketing positions at software companies including Ve Global, iLantern, Stylesight, and Mako Communications. Beth has an MFA in Interrelated Media from Massachusetts College of Art and Design and a BFA from the University of Nevada, Reno where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She also attended Tulane University. She is active in her community, being on the Alumni board at Middlesex School. Formerly, she was the chair of communications for the alumni board, on The Board of Advocates for the Connors Center at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and M.Gemi’s shoe advisory board. Beth is the varsity girls tennis coach at Middlesex School. She is a competitive tennis player and avid skier who lives outside of Boston with her husband, two daughters and black lab, Allie.

Paulette Deery
Paulette is an Office Assistant at the firm. She is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Prior to joining the firm, Paulette worked at Northeastern University as Director of Finance and other roles for over 27.5 years. Paulette is also a double husky of Northeastern University, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Business and an MBA. In her spare time, Paulette is an avid cyclist, both inside and outdoors, and especially enjoys summers swimming and hanging out with her family and friends at her seasonal campsite on the coast of Maine.

Kristen Proia
Kristen Proia is a Paralegal at Margolis Bloom & D’Agostino. Prior to working for MBD, she was at the same company for 21 years, working in Human Resources and various management roles. She has always been a huge advocate for employee morale and taking care of people in the best way possible.
When not at work, she is busy with three teen schedules including various travel for club soccer with her daughters. Her son is heading off to his first year of college.
In addition to kids, she married her high school sweetheart, and just celebrated her 20th wedding anniversary. They have a three year old dog, Tyson, who is adored by all.
Kristen loves music, especially live music, and attends as many concerts as she can.

Samantha Twiraga
Samantha Twiraga is a legal assistant at the firm. She handles case management, client intakes, and client communications. Prior to Margolis Bloom & D’Agostino she was an office manager at a music school, and previously worked with deaf students in a treatment program setting.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree in American Sign Language at Gardner-Webb University in North Carolina, and is fluent in Sign Language.
When not working, Samantha is spending time with her family and friends or spending time outside when the weather is nice.

Courtney M. Wiseman
Courtney has been working at the firm since July 2024, after the merger with Feigenbaum & Uddo, LLC, a Wellesley law firm where she worked for 27 years. She currently works as a liaison with their former clients. She handles client intakes and client communications and has experience in estate planning, corporate and real estate matters.
When not working, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family and friends, baking, visiting wineries, and spending time outdoors and at the beach.
