Margolis & Bloom’s Managing partner, Harry S. Margolis, has thrown his hat into the ring as a candidate for Governor’s Council. The Governor’s Council is the eight member body whose primary role is to review judges nominated by the governor. It is chaired by the lieutenant governor who casts the deciding vote in the event of a tie.
