Margolis & Bloom celebrated its 25th anniversary by taking a cooking class at Taranta, a restaurant in the North End that we chose because of its progressive environmental and employment practices, and the quality of its food and service. Its menu is a cross between Southern Italian cuisine and Peruvian cuisine, and it is nationally recognized as one of the top Peruvian influenced restaurants in the U.S. Its unique flavor and strong personality make it worth a visit.
