How to Properly Execute a Will in Massachusetts

In recent Appeals Court case, a will was upheld, despite the fact that the witnesses did not see the decedent execute her will, nor did she explicitly ask them to witness.  However, because the decedent was in the room where the witnesses signed, it was deemed as informal acceptance of her signature.
