Jocelyn became a member of the Margolis, Bloom & D’Agostino team as a Junior Associate in 2022.
Jocelyn received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Public Administration from The University of Arizona. She completed her Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology before becoming a civil rights investigator and moving to Massachusetts to work for Bridgewater State University. Jocelyn was promoted to the Director of Equal Opportunity/Title IX Coordinator/504 Coordinator in 2018. During her tenure at Bridgewater State, Jocelyn attended law school at the University of Massachusetts School of Law part-time at night. During law school, Jocelyn served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Elspeth B. Cypher at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. She was the Managing Editor of the University of Massachusetts Law Review, a student attorney in the Human Rights at Home law clinic providing pro bono legal assistance to South Shore residents, and the legal research and writing teaching assistant for three years. She graduated top of her class, summa cum laude, in 2021.
Jocelyn lives in New Hampshire and spends her free time traveling, reading, and spending time with her amazing bonus family.
