Attorney D’Agostino will be leading a training workshop on Transition Planning at Riverside Community Care in Woburn. This is a great opportunity to learn about steps to take when your child is approaching age 18, including:
- Guardianship and alternatives to guardianship.
- Whether to apply for SSI and steps to take to qualify for benefits.
- Transitioning from special education to adult services.
- Alternative living situations
The event will take place on Wednesday, June 12th, from 7:00 p.m. at the Family Support Center located on 300 West Cummings Park in Woburn.
